I have trained and worked as a teacher, child and adolescent counsellor, school counsellor (primary and secondary), and in Private Practice as a registered psychologist. I have worked with children in government organisations, schools, and through one on one sessions. I have also worked with parents in parenting groups/public speaking and in private practice.
I am a trained facilitator in anxiety (Cool Kids child and adolescent program) and grief and loss (Season’s for growth) and run groups in both of these.
I use a range of evidence based therapies to counsel children/teens as well as use more creative interventions such as art and play therapy as these can work especially well with younger children where their verbal skills may not yet be fully developed. Cognitive and adaptive assessments to come in 2024.

1:1 counselling
